Tämä on Laran toinen ja Villen ensimmäinen pentue. Jo Laraa hankittaessa oltiin etsimässä nimenomaan Villelle ja Pennille (=Villen isä) sopivaa naaraskissaa ja sellainen löydettiinkin. Nyt viimein päästään näkemään miten onnistunut yhdistelmä tämä tulee olemaan.
Laralla on: pitkä kroppa, keskivahva luusto, pitkä suora profiili, hyvä leuka, hyvät sivulinjat, erinomainen korvien muoto ja asento, korvatupsut, ekstrapitkä häntä.
Villellä on: keskipitkä kroppa, hyvin vahva luusto, pitkä suora profiili, hyvä leuka, hyvät sivulinjat, erinomainen korvien muoto ja asento, korvatupsut, ok hännänpituus.
Odotettavissa:
Pojat: Ruskeakuviollisia, mustia tai punaisia, valkealla tai ilman, mahdollisesti myös diluutioväritteisiä eli sinikuviollisia, sinisiä tai cremejä. Todennäköiset kuviot: täplikäs, tiikeri, tabby. Suurin todennäköisyys siihen että värityksessä myös valkoista, mutta pienen pieni mahdollisuus myös yksiväriseen.
Tytöt: Kilpikonnia kuviolla tai ilman, valkealla tai ilman, mahdollisesti myös diluutiokilpikonnia eli sinikilpikonnia. Punaisia kuviolla tai ilman, valkealla tai ilman, mahdollisesti myös diluutioon eli cremeen.Todennäkoiset kuviot: täplikäs, tiikeri, tabby. Suurin todennäköisyys siihen että värityksessä myös valkoista, mutta pienen pieni mahdollisuus myös kilpikonnaan/sinikilpikonnaan tai punaiseen/cremeen ilman valkoista.
Tulos: Olemme hieman pettyneitä kun yhtään poikapentua ei pentueeseen tullut, mutta toisaalta tytöt ovat sitäkin hienompia. Kasvuvauhti on hyvä ja kaikilla pennuilla mm. kivat korvatupsut.
This is the second litter for Lara and the first ever litter for Ville. When we were looking for a new female we had Ville and Penni (=Ville's father) in our minds as the future partners. Now we finally get to see how successful combination this will be.
Lara has: long body, medium strong boning, long straight profile, good chin, good sidelines, excellent ear shape & size, ears with lynx tufts, extra long tail.
Ville has: medium long body, very strong boning, long straight profile, good chin, good sidelines, excellent ear shape & size, ears with lynx tufts, ok tail.
Expecting:
Boys: Black with pattern, black or red with or without white, also possible to get dilute colored ie. blue pattern, blue or creme. Most likely pattern: spotted, mackerel, blotched tabby. Most likely to have coloring with white but also tiny possibility for solids without white.
Girls: Torties with or without pattern, without or with white, also possible to get dilute torties ie. bluetorties. Reds with or without pattern, with or without white, also possible to get dilute colored ie. creme. Most likely pattern: spotted, mackerel, blotched tabby. Most likely to have coloring with white but also tiny possibility for tortie/bluetortie & red/creme without white.
Result: We are a bit disappointed that there was no male kittens in this litter, just females. But the females look quite nice. Their growth speed has been good and all the kittens have for example very nice lynx tufts.
