Stella oli kissalassamme sijoituksessa Annukalle (FIN* MoonCat's). Stella on aloittanut viimein tänä vuonna (2004) näyttelyuransa aikuisten luokissa. Stella on ollut nyt pienellä karvankasvatustauolla ja kesällä olisi tarkoitus saavuttaa IC titteli. Stellalle on suunnitelmissa syksyllä 2004 pentuja FIN* MoonCat's kissalassa. Eli tulevaisuus näyttää millainen äiti Stellasta tulee ja toivottavasti varmistaa myös sen onko Stella todella hopea. Syksystä 2004 Stella on ollut aurinkolomalla Italiassa, siellähän on lämmintä pitkälle syksyyn. Näyttelyitäkin on kokeiltu (Italia & Sveitsi) ennen mammalomaa, ja menestystäkin tuli ihan mukavasti :-)
Stella on nyt muuttanut takaisin Suomeen ja on nyt ikioma näyttely- ja kasvatuskissamme. Kiitos Annukka (FIN* MoonCat's) mukavasta yhteistyöstämme!
Stellalla on jälkeläisiä.
Pentue #1: 16.2.2005 FIN* MoonCat's kissalassa Firenzessä, Italiassa syntyi 6 pentua. Pentueen isänä on EC Kilimandjaro av Skara Brae*CH (w64), omistaja Les Fines Terres-kissala Sveitsissä. Tuloksena pennut: Ludovico Ariosto (e22), Lorenzo Magnifico (e0922), Luisa de' Medici (f09), Luca della Robbia (w64), Leonardo da Vinci (w64) ja Lucrezia Borgia (w64). Pennut rekisteröitiin ilman hopeaa/savua, mutta nähtäväksi jää onko valkoiset jälkeläiset hopean/savun "kantajia" - pieni mahdollisuus on myös siihen että pentujen hopeaväritys kehittyy yhtä hitaasti kuin Stellan aiemmin ja se tulee näkyviin kun turkki kehittyy ja saa pituutta.
Pentue #2: 10.12.2005 omassa FIN* FluffyTail's kissalassamme Helsingissä syntyi 4 pentua. Pentueen isänä on oma kasvattimme FIN* FluffyTail's Carey Cardamon (n 24). Yksi pennuista (d 09 22 poika) ikävä kyllä menehtyi muutaman päivän ikäisenä keuhkokuumeeseen, keuhkoihin oli joutunut synnytyksessä nestettä. Tuloksena pennut: Fileas Fogg (d 23), Filomena Fang (fs 23) ja Felix Fix (d 09 22). Tämän pentueen myötä selvisi, että Stella todella on hopeakissa!
Pentue #3: 7.1.2007 omassa FIN* FluffyTail's kissalassamme Helsingissä syntyi 7 pentua. Pentueen isänä on ensimmäinen ja vanhin kollipoikamme EC FIN* SmileTail's Ari Behn (n 09 22). Kolme pennuista (d 22, ds 22 pojat ja f 09 22 tyttö) syntyivät hieman liian pieninä (65-69g) ja ikävä kyllä menehtyivät muutaman päivän ikäisenä. Tuloksena pennut: Innocent Indy (ds 03 22), Immortal Isaac (d 09 22), Infinite Izzy (f 22) ja Impossible Isaac (ds 03 22). Hopeakissojen tulo senkun jatkuu..
Stella lived with us as a hostcat for Annukka (FIN* MoonCat's). Stella has finally started her show career this year (2004) in adult classes. She has been now on a brief coat changing break and during summer she aims to achieve the title of International Champion. A litter has been planned for Stella during end of fall 2004 at FIN* MoonCat's cattery. Future will show us how Stella adopts the role of mother and hopefully also clarifies if she really is a silver cat. Starting from fall 2004 Stella has been vacationing in the warm Italy. She has been to two shows in Livorno, Italy and one in Lausanne, Switzerland and was quite successful :-)
Stella has now moved back to Finland and is now our very own show and breeding cat. Thank you Annukka (FIN* MoonCat's) for this lovely co-operation!
Stella has offspring.
Litter #1: On February 16th, 2005 in FIN* MoonCat's cattery with stud EC Kilimandjaro av Skara Brae*CH (w64) owned by Les Fines Terres*CH cattery. Result 6 kittens: Ludovico Ariosto (e22), Lorenzo Magnifico (e0922), Luisa de' Medici (f09), Luca della Robbia (w64), Leonardo da Vinci (w64) and Lucrezia Borgia (w64). Kittens were registered without silver/smoke, but we will have to wait to see if any of the white offspring are "carriers" of silver/smoke. There is also possibility for kittens to be late developers like Stella mum, silver/smoke may appear later on when coat developes and gets more length.
Litter #2: On December 10th, 2005 in our own FIN* FluffyTail's cattery in Helsinki with stud FIN* FluffyTail's Carey Cardamon (n 24). Unfortunately we lost one of the kittens (d 09 22 boy) when only few ays old. Result 3 kittens: Fileas Fogg (d 23), Filomena Fang (fs 23) and Felix Fix (d 09 22). With this litter it is now common knowledge that Stella really is a silver cat after all!
Litter #3: On January 7th, 2007 in our own FIN* FluffyTail's cattery in Helsinki with our own number one stud EC FIN* SmileTail's Ari Behn (n 09 22). Big litter of seven kittens was born, but unfortunately we lost three kittens (d 22, ds 22 boys and f 09 22 girl) in few days after birth because they were born a bit too small (65-69g). Result 4 kittens: Innocent Indy (ds 03 22), Immortal Isaac (d 09 22), Infinite Izzy (f 22) and Impossible Isaac (ds 03 22). Well, can't stop the revolution of silver cats..
